Revenue rose to EUR 6.2 million in 2025, representing 22% growth compared to the previous year—driven by new customer acquisitions, particularly in the insurance sector (centralized receivables protection) and the innovative PAY solution, the Supplier Payment Solution, launched in 2024.
Delfactis’ Supplier Payment Solution has established itself as a high-performance, scalable platform. The company has acquired a double-digit number of new transnational customers who flexibly utilize the solution in both single-funders and multi-funders models—with identically low operational overhead in daily customer processing.
The PAY solution supports multiple currencies and operates across several jurisdictions, enabling international companies to optimize their payment processes and working capital efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
“The demand for our PAY solution clearly shows that international financial processes increasingly require solutions that are both innovative and secure,” said CEO Martin Kötje. “Our multi-funder models enable companies to flexibly tailor financing solutions to their supply chains by involving multiple banks—across Europe.”
Internationalization is a central element of the growth strategy: With its combination of regulatory expertise, technical innovation, and scalability, Delfactis is strengthening its position as a Fintech company that provides relevant solutions for SMEs and large corporations.
The company expects to double its revenue by 2026. A key driver of this growth is the addition of new financing partners such as UniCredit Bank and LBBW.
The goal is to gradually expand the international banking network to open up additional funding sources for corporate clients.
